IMPHAL, May 15 : One KCP(MC) activist identified as Laishram Bidyasagar alias Ibungo Singh (27), s/o L Bijoy alias Tomba Singh of Takhel Mayai Leikai was arrested by a team of Thoubal district police commandos on May 12. The individual was arrested during a search operation conducted by the police team. Incriminating articles along with one Aadhar Card and Rs 5,500 were also seized from his possession.
