IMPHAL, Feb 25: The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University student’s union has boycotted all the students of IGNTU-RCM from attending or participating the 2 days International seminar on 2th and 3th march 2012, organized by Department of Social Work IGNTU-RCM, at Manipur University Canchipur, for organizing the seminal without the knowledge of Regional Campus Manipur and the students’ department of social work IGNTU-RCM.
According to the press release, the student’s union alleged that they will take strong action if any student is found violating the resolution to boycott the seminal. And there will be a one day meeting of the entire student’s body from the concern districts of Manipur, on February 28 at 10:30 a.m. at IGNTU-RCM. Further, the student’s body appeals all the Tribal Student leaders, NGOs and individuals to co-operate and attend the meeting for the larger interest of Tribal Community.
