IMPHAL, March 16: The director of the Central Council for Research in Homeopathy, Dr. Raj K Manchanda, in a letter to Dr. Karam Lokendro, Director AYUSH, Government of Manipur, dated March 16, 2015, said that the council has studied and analysed the data collected from patients of H1N1 virus in the current outbreak of Swine Flu in the country, and has come to the conclusion that Arsenicum Album 30 is an effective preventive homeopathic aid for the epidemic.
The letter said this medicine is a widely used Homeopathic medicine for flu and has no side effect.
Experts have recommended that Arsenicum Album 30 may be given as preventive to those in areas prone to the virus, the letter further said.
