In view of the outbreak of second wave of COVID 19, Noney Battalion Assam Rifles of 21 Sector IGAR East organised a COVID 19 Awareness Campaign at Khongsang village of Noney district The campaign was conducted by TOB Khongsang in which the locals were informed about the new strain of COVID 19 in local language through Public Address PA system, said a PRO IGAR S release adding that the locals were educated on the importance of healthy practices such as wearing double layered mask, regular washing and sanitizing the hands as well as maintaining social distancing Source Chronicle News Service
