Lokeshwar stated this during his speech while inaugurating the Multipurpose Community Hall at Khundrakpam Awang Leikai as the chief guest.

In his speech, he maintained that despite being a young MLA he is committed in bringing all round development in his constituency in no time.

Clarifying on the allegation of him being rude, he opined that it was just to expedite the developmental work being carried out in his constituency.

Further expressing his desire to uplift the whole Khundrakpam constituency, he observed that it would only be possible with the co-operation of his people.

Noting that Khudrakpam was once famous for all the wrong reasons like frequent arrest of youths by Manipur CDOs and Army but now the notoriety has been minimised to almost zero, continued Lokeshwar.

He further said that Haraolok Wairi of Khundrakpam which has a surprising number of non-stop water supply can be a role model for other villages if the people have the enthusiasm to work hard.

Appealing the general public to stop the general idea of depending solely on the Government when it comes to development works, he suggested that in fact the general public must lend their hands to uplift the rural development.

Moreover, he called on people to join hand to development Khundrakpam to make it a model village to other remaining 59 constituencies.
