IMPHAL, Aug 23: A team of police led by OC Lilong police station, Md Riyajuddin Shah assisted by youth club members and women folks conducted an anti-drug drive at Arapti Maning Leikai, Thoubal district today around 11.30 am leading to the arrest of four alcohol sellers, said a police source. They have been identified as Yumnam Muhen (41), Yumkhaibam Rajen (36), Soibam Premjit (40) and Hijam Ajit (24) all from Arapti Maning Leikai.
A total of 57 litres of local made liquor were seized from their possession.
Later, the four individuals were released after giving them a warning, the source added.
