IMPHAL, Jan 18: The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has initiated due procedures to take up necessary action against retail outlets (ROs) which have not been properly distributing petrol and diesel to public when the whole State is reeling under acute shortage of petroleum products on account of the UNC’s indefinite economic blockade.
