IMPHAL, Jan 31: DIPR has started issuing forms for renewal of identity cards for the state journalists, both general and accredited card holders, at the news section of its office at MSRTC Complex, Moirangkhom. Issuing of forms for fresh applications will follow next once those for renewal forms are completed. DIPR has announced full digitalization of its new identity cards.
