IMPHAL, February 2: Ex-Minister Pheiroijam Parijat Singh, a member of Manipur State Council/Communist Party of India (MSC/CPI) who was admitted to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi for treatment on 26 December last year has been making a gradual recovery. According to information received by IFP, his health has improved very well. Hospital doctors who have examined him signaled that he may be discharged from the hospital. With his gradual recovery from his illness, he can speak. However he will stay for at least two months in Delhi so as to undergo physio-therapy treatment after he is discharged from Appolo Hospital.
It may be mentioned that Ex-Minister Parijat had been hospitalised at Raj Polyclinic, North AOC, Imphal following his stroke and he was flown to Delhi for further treatment.
