IMPHAL, February 2: Dr Chirom Rajketan Singh was felicitated at a function as his book titled “Sampha and Atei Funga Wari”  published by published by Cultural Research Centre in 2011 was awarded the Telem Ningol Atoibemma Award, 2012 by Naharol Sahitya Samiti. The award includes Rs. 10, 000/-, a citation. Memento and a shwal.
