A team of Imphal West District Police Commandos arrested two active members of UPPK namely Moirangthem Kalachand Singh alias Biren s o of L M Ibotombi Singh of Wangjing Tentha Khunjao but presently staying at Kwakeithel Mayai Koibi and Khumukcham Bishworjut 27 alias Nanao s o L Kh Budhichandra of Moirangkhom Bazar from Kwakeithel and Moirangkhom area respectively on December 10 evening, according to a press statement issued by Superintendent of Police, Imphal West District Source Hueiyen News Service
