IMPHAL, Apr 27: A commando unit of District Police, Thoubal conducted a search operation at Thongjao area under Waikhong Police Station, Thoubal District on April 26, said the PRO Police department, Manipur in a press release.
During the operation an active KYKL cadre, identified as Tongbram Shantikumar Singh alias Agaya alias Robert, 28, son of T Rajen Singh of Komnao Water Supply Makhong was arrested, it said.
A case has been registered at Waikhong Police station and investigation is going on said the PRO, Police Department, Manipur.
