A team of Imphal East District Police commando unit arrested an active member of RPF PLA organization, namely Kangabam Ranbir Meitei 40 alias Bir s o L K Modhumangol Meitei of Langdum Mamang Leikai on June 30 and seized one IED set weighing about 3 4 kgs along with one extra battery, one remote control device and two mobile phones with SIM cards from his possession, said a press release from PRO, Police Department Source Hueiyen News Service
