IMPHAL, November 26: The Additional Advocate General, Manipur, Khwairakpam Nobin Singh was sworn in as a Judge of High Court of Manipur on November 26 at a solemn function held at the Auditorium of Manipur High Court, Imphal.
According to a release of the Secretariat, the Chief Justice of Manipur High Court, Justice Laxmi Kanta Mohapatra administered the oath of office to the newly appointed Judge.
The swearing in ceremony was attended by, Chief Minister of Manipur, Okram Ibobi Singh, Judge of Manipur High Court, Justice N Kotiswar Singh, MLA, Kh Devendro Singh, chief secretary, PC Lawmkunga and senior officers from civil and police of Manipur government, judicial officers and members of Bar etc, it said.
