IMPHAL, March 1: Manipur Peoples’ Party today charged the Congress party of being a corrupt party and that as long as it remains in power, there will be only more scandals and corruptions in the State. MPP president Nongmeikapam Sovakiran levelled the charges against the Congress during a press conference held today at their office.
