Chandel, May 12: A large number of people took out a torch rally demanding implementation of ILP system in the State in Heirok last night, reports our correspondent.
Organised by Heirok Part-3 Tourangbam Leikai Youth Club, the rally was participated by Meira Paibis, members of local clubs and organisations.
