Imphal, May 30 : The Youth Affairs and Sports (YAS), Khuman Lampak has informed all the State sports persons who won medals in individual events and team games in National School Games/All India Inter University/National Sports Competition and who participated in the International Sports Competition in recognized disciplines from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015 to collect the application form for Incentive State Sports Award from the said office between June 3 and 20.
