One Md Nashir (19), s/o Md Jahur Ali of Thoubal Moijing Konjeng Leikai was arrested by Narcotic Cell/IW at around 3 pm today along with 2400 strips of Nitrosun 10 tablets and a truck load of medicines and other items near NRL pump, Mantripukhi.
