Look at the list of the recently elected Ministers in Bihar, their portfolios, and their academic qualifications. One can’t help but laugh in disbelief. Again, the fact that such ineligible rookies and jailbirds in the ministry does not make the mainstream media sit up is a classic case of mystery.
