An IRB Constable was found dead in a pond inside 7th Bn Manipur Rifles complex, Khabeisoi, Imphal East district under the jurisdiction of Heingang police station at around 11 am today. The deceased has been identified as one Kamnok Silshi Lamkang (28) s/o Angtit. He was serving as a Constable in the Commando Battalion of 8th MR.
