IMPHAL, Jul 3 : Social Welfare Department in association with the Alliance for Injecting Drug use Programme, on Sunday, picked up large number of used insulin syringes disposed by drug users from roadsides along Kangla gate, Kangla moat, North AOC and Minuthong stretch of the road. The volunteers used gloves and tongs to collect the used needles/syringes from the roadsides.
