IMPHAL, Jul 12: The JAC constituted against declaration of wanted tag on former JCILPS convenor Khomdram Ratan has said that the balance available in Ratan’s frozen bank account was not provided by any banned organisation but deposited by the State Govern-ment to help those who were injured in the pro-ILPS move-ment.
