IMPHAL, Jul 13: North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Ministry of Culture, Government of India conducted an orientation programme for district cultural officers of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya at Shilpgram, Guwahati today. The same programme for Manipur and Nagaland will be announced.
