IMPHAL, Aug 10: Mapithel Dam Affected Ching Tam Organization (MDACTO) and Joint Redressal Council (JRC), Manipur have threatened to resort to a total shut down at all the hill district headquarters, National Highways and State Highways if the State Government fails to respond positively to their demands within 15 working days.
