IMPHAL Aug 17 : Councillor of Kumbi Municipal Council Ward No 8 Khangembam (o) Tilotama Devi in association with Shija Eye Care Foundation of Shija Hospital and Research Centre, Langol, headed by consultant (eye) Dr L Shachindra, organised an eye care camp on August 16 at Sandong Primary School, Kumbi, said a statement issued by the office of the Councillor.
