IMPHAL, Aug 17 : Congress members willing to contest the bye-election to 8-Wakotphai District Council Constituency, Sadar Hills ADC as an INC nominee can apply for party tickets in prescribed application form at the office of the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee office at Congress Bhawan Imphal, a statement informed. Applications forms will be issued from August 18 till August 20.
