IMPHAL, Sep 3 : The NSCN (K) has refuted the claim issued by the PIB (Defence Wing) that two of its cadres who were involved in snatching arms from IRB personnel on August 29 have been arrested during a joint operation conducted by a combined force of Assam Rifles and Manipur police at Sibilong.
