Governor Najma Heptulla is scheduled to meet office bearers of the All Manipur DPC Completed Candidates of Police Constables (Male) tomorrow at the Raj Bhawan at 11 am. After the State Govt decided to cancel the DPC held in 2013, the candidates had launched a series of protests and some candidates have now launched a fast unto death agitation.
