IMPHAL, Sep 16: Lambung Youth and Cultural Club (LYCC) will organise the 4th Phantu Cup 11 men soccer from Sept 27 at Maha Union Govt Hr Sec school, Japhou, Chandel. According to the organisers, the last date for submission of form is Sept 22. Intending clubs can get the details from LYCC office.
