IMPHAL, Oct 14: The Coalition for Indigenes Rights Campaign (CIRCA) has announced that they would observe Manipur National Day on October 18 at the royal palace in commemoration of the first session of the democratically elected Manipur Legislative Assembly before Manipur’s merger into the Indian Union.
