The Scheduled Caste Welfare Club, Kwatha has appealed to all not to impose bandh or blockade on October 22 and 23 in view of the Kwatha Festival to be held during the said the two days.
In a statement, the Kwatha Youth Club said that the festival is being held to promote the culture and preserve the resources of Kwatha.
The club further urged all to attend the festival and help make it a success.
