IMPHAL, Oct 23 : A political conference of Thongam Shanti Singh, intending candidate from Moirang AC was organised by Moirang Kendra Progressive Youth Front, Naranseina Unit as Naranseina community hall today. The conference was also attended by Deven Singh, retd SOS, PHED, Manipur, Kh Nillamani Singh, social worker and senior citizens.
