IMPHAL, Oct 27: Informing that the validity of the 20% staff appointment under die-in-harness scheme at MSPDCL and MSPCL as approved by the Cabinet in July this year will expire on November 20, the Electricity Department Die-In-Harness Association (EDDIHA) has today urged the Government to pay special attention to the matter and do the needful.
