IMPHAL, OCT 31: The All Naga Students Association, Manipur (ANSAM) said that the “reported incident of the unwarranted manhandling, arrest, detention and torture” of M Angamba Meitei, president of Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) and his colleagues by police on October 29 at Manipur University was very unfortunate and condemnable by all.
