IMPHAL, Dec 19: Veteran Soccer Association, Imphal (VSAI) will organise a State level football development programme for 10-12 years old boys and 13-14 years old boys from Jan 5 to Jan 20, 2017 at Astro turf, Khuman Lampak. Interested players may submit their bio-data at VSAI office, THAU ground.
