Ukhrul, Dec 23 : Unidentified miscreants set ablaze the Kamjong block office in the wee hours of today, completely reducing it to cinders while simultaneously, unidentified miscreants tried to set afire the western block of Ukhrul mini-Secretariat while the office of the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) was partially burnt.
