IMPHAL, Jan 23: As in the previous years, the Coordination Committee (CorCom), Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA), Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) and the United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent, (ULFA -I) have called for a total shut down in the entire Western South East Asia (WESEA) region on Republic Day (January 26).
