IMPHAL, Jan 30 : Manipur State Legal Services Authority has opened two legal aid clinics at Social Welfare Complex, Takyelpat and Manipur State Commission for Women, DC Office Complex, Lamphelpat today. The clinics were formally opened by Justice N Kotishwar Singh, Judge, High Court of Manipur and Executive Chairman of Manipur State Legal Services Authority.
