IMPHAL, Feb 17: In a boost to the power sector of the State, a power purchase agreement was signed between Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) and Manipur Renewable Energy Development Agency (MANIREDA) and 25 private individuals for taking up solar rooftop power projects.
