Imphal, Apr 1: To ensure effective and efficient utilization of funds for various developmental activities in respect of State Plan/Central Sponsored Schemes (CSS) during 2016-17, the State Government has advised all departments to comply with due instructions and take up necessary measures and ensure completion of developmental works in time.
