IMPHAL, Mar 31: Representatives of 17 veteran football clubs have formed a body christened All Manipur Veteran Football Association during a meeting held on Mar 28 at Mapal Kangjeibung. According to a statement, the meeting was presided by Ngangbam Brajakumar. The meeting decided to boycott the ensuing Challenge Cup Veteran Football tournament 2017, the statement said. The clubs/associations which have sent their representatives in the meeting included FC Imphal; FLAM, Yaiskul; VSAI, Thangmeiband; UVSA, Lilong; TBSFA, Taobungkhok; MUSA, Majhor Khul; VBFAM, Keishampat; TRVSA, Malom; VSAN, Nambul Mapal; NCDA, Khonghampat; KSC, Lambulane; IEVFA, Salanthong; IVFA, Canchipur; KVFA, Khurai; AYMFA, Yairipok; SUVFA, Singjamei and ATVFA, Thangmeiband.
