IMPHAL, Jun 28: A team of Manipur State Power Distribution Company Ltd during a drive conducted in the second week of May 2017 and first week of June 2017 caught ten defaulting power consumers in Imphal East district, according to a statement. The defaulting power consumers were caught for meter tapping and unauthorised connection. An FIR has been lodged against these consumers, it added.
