Ukhrul, Jul 5 : With the heavy rain in the last few days and rivers running in spate as a result, a 40 year old man identified as AS Wungreithot S/o (L) Alungleng of Tashar village was swept away by Lamlang river yesterday at around 11.30 am while he was trying to cross the river to reach his paddy field at Ngaham Chihui area.
