Imphal, Jul 15 (PTI):The Manipur Government will provide “necessary assistance” to a Special Investigating Team (SIT) set up the Supreme Court to probe extra-judicial killings and fake encounters by security forces in the insurgency-hit State, Chief Minister N Biren Singh said today.
