Imphal, Aug 7: All India Football Federation will organise a project specially for referees in India called Project Future India (PFI-2018) in November and December this year. Referees who are in categories 3 and 4 and born in 1995 or after may avail the form from the All Manipur Football Association till September 20 to apply for the project.
