The workshop was attended by DC, Thoubal L Nabakishwar Singh as chief guest, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Thoubal Ng Bhogendro Singh as president and CMO, Thoubal Dr N Jayantakumar Singh, ICDS, Thoubal DPO N Shyama Devi and ZEO, Thoubal S Mangi Singh as guests of honour.
