Imphal, Sep 12:The State Govt has declared holiday for all Government offices and educational institutions, Private Sector Undertakings and other establishments under the Government of Manipur located within the Panchayat areas on Oct 7 in order to enable the employees to exercise their right to franchise in the 5th General Panchayat Election 2017 to be held on the day.
