IMPHAL, Dec 21 : Manipur Weightlifting Association (MWA) has condoled the sudden demise of L Momon Singh, former secretary of Manipur Weightlifting association and former joint secretary of Manipur Olympic Association, who passed away on December 12 at his residence at Uripok Laishram Leikai, Imphal West.
