The Governor of Manipur has extended the service of chief secretary RR Rashmi for another 3 months. His date of superannuation is 31/12/2017. However, the power conferred under Rule 16 of the All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules ,1958 and prior approval of the Centre has granted the extension of service uptill 31/3/2018, an order from the department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms stated.
