Chandel: An oath of secrecy and installation of service for the office bearers of Sirti Upa Ruh (SUR)/Monsang Tribe Union head office, Japhou Chandel for the term of 2017-2022, was held at its headquarters in Japhou community hall, Chandel today.
The newly appointed members of SUR including its president Ng Gilbert, finance secretary Th Biren Monsang, education and statistics secretary Tesong Achand Monsang, took the oath of secrecy while Monsang Naga Baptist Churches Association (MNBCA) executive secretary Rev W Moses prayed for the newly appointed members.
Outgoing president Ng Benithan handed over the official documents to the new office bearers.
